Aperture Films was awarded a prestigious contract to produce a wide variety of immersive media for the new Campaigns of Courage building at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Unlike traditional museum approaches, all of the media is highly integrated with set pieces, lighting, and coordinated effects. Our team crafted six complex productions ranging from a short documentary on D-Day to multi-screen experiences. One of the key highlights of this space includes an immersive Battle of the Bulge experience using large multi-screen projections, soundscapes, set pieces, and lighting effects to emulate falling snow and gun fire – transporting the visitor back in time to “experience” this epic battle.
